Mr. Azimul Huq Azim the chairman of Surajpur Mainkpur Union Parishad has contributed 35000/= (thirty five thousand) taka to ELCD (Early Learning Childhood Development Centre) of SARPV-Bangladesh for the schools construction and development.
SARPV Bangladesh venture is to involve the local elected body in all programs. SARPV is continuing 24 (total students is 720) ELCD at Coxsbazar district where all section of children especially the hardcore poor and disabled children are coming for learning. The prime objective of ELCD is to create and develop a learning environment, so that the rural vulnerable children can learn through entertainment. Though this initiative was started with the support of SHOUHARDO projects but till now the journey is continuing as the project face was closed. Considering on local peoples demand SARPV running the programs with the support of Bangladesh Shishu Academy, community people, local govt, NGOs and organizational general fund.
