Position: Prosthetics and Orthotics Technician

Line Manager: Technical Manager
Type of Contract: Fixed-term
Duration of the Contract: 9 Months

Key Responsibilities
• Assess beneficiary needs and assist in fabrication and fitting of orthotic/prosthetic devices and
developmental aids.
• Facilitate provision of assistive devices and P&O services.
• Educate beneficiaries on the proper use of devices.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with team members for effective planning and implementation.
• Ensure safeguarding and protection standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a P&O workshop.
• Strong understanding of physical rehabilitation, P&O assessment, casting, and fabrication
procedures.
• Practical skills in tools handling and task adaptation.

Salary and other admissible benefits.
• Gross salary (monthly): BDT 15 ,000/-
• Phone bill allowance (monthly): As per Policy
• Travel allowance (monthly): Bill on actual
• Weekly 2 holidays.
